Sara Oviedo

Sara Oviedo has worked in the construction industry for over 6 years, starting as an assistant superintendent, then site superintendent, and eventually specializing in pre-construction management.

As Origin Construction’s Lead Estimator and Pre-Construction Manager, all projects run through Sara first. Her proactive thinking, applied expertise, and continued motivation enable her to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Her hands-on experience and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Universidad de Oriente, Venezuela makes Sara a well-equipped and knowledgeable pre-construction estimator.

Sara lives in Wynwood, Miami’s Arts District. In her time off, she is spending time at the beach, traveling, exploring gastronomy, or enjoying her true passion, classical music.
